This was a great experience to learn more about myself through this beautiful animal. Sage and Alyssa were excellent in facilitating me through an experience that has tremendous relevance in my life. I will never forget this day! Thank you!

This was a wonderful day for my staff. The teambuilding exercises were powerful and eye opening. Because of this day there is a plan in place to make sustainable and positive changes in our work environment. Alyssa is competent and experienced. Sage has the best leadership qualities I have ever seen. Thanks to them both.

One of the many advantages of working with the horse is that the feedback it gives through its behavior doesn’t come through the filter of language. Part of the healing power of this work is that it is bringing teens out of their heads and into intimate connection with nature to inspire, teach and enlighten them.

The workshop last weekend was very challenging and memorable. It is really powerful and different than anything I'd ever done before, and it works if you work it. Did I say challenging? I also had so much fun and met some great people. I highly recommend it.

About our Public Programs:

Horse Sense Programs offer Equine Guided Education for both personal and professional development. We have a wide variety of EGE experiential (learning by doing) programs, which include private coaching sessions, group workshops, corporate leadership training, teambuilding exercises and quarterly retreats.

Equine Guided Education is a safe, supportive and unique environment for clients to learn about themselves and develop new skills relevant to the life they say they are committed to creating. The Equine Guided Educator (horse specialist and human coach) translates into words the horse’s kinesthetic insights and feedback, providing clients with a unique alternative to traditional office-based coaching, personal growth and counseling. The equine-guided education team encourages the client towards a healthy self-image by identifying strengths while challenging clients to discover new strategies, skills and practices for achieving personal and professional goals.

Horses, like humans are social animals. They have the ability to mirror exactly what the human body language is telling them. This natural instinct makes them powerful, direct, non-verbal and non-judgmental
